What's the "Calçotada" in Catalonia?

Here, in Catalonia we have a tradition from the southern land. It consists in eat (so strange, from catalans ;P). 

That's a festivity which consists in meet a big group of people (like the village, or the group of friends...) and cook calçots (a variety of green onion) in a bonfire. It can be made in a field, to be more traditional, but all people make it in public places or restaurants, and also our family are going to do one on the terrace. 

There is a typical sauce of Calçot, made with garlics, almonds, hazelnuts, tomatoes, oil, red pepper and toast bread... It's an explosive combination which is delicious!

I assure you that it's a good experience if you never eat it, and remember that it becames a tradition, which says that it has to be delicious!

I waited for this since last year, because the calçots are a variety which can be gather only in february-march, now I'm going to help to my parents to make the fire, because today I won't leave the table after five o'clock!

But remember, if you eat it, don't eat so much, because you won't sleep! They are onions, and the smell isn't pleasant, then be carefull if you want to kiss somebody!

The current illness...

The last days I could check that society has a big problem, and it's an illness a bit strange that never before had taken so much importance. To locate what I'm saying I have to tell evidences like humans developed the brain just on the frontal part (which permits us to reflect and think easily) and that had bad and good consequences.

This illness is named depression, and nowadays all of us suffer this problem. We don't give it importance, and it has. We are all weeks stressed, living for money and trying to get happiness... It isn't so much difficult to know that we suffer depression, all the facts speak by themselves.

We would know that in future, depression will be the most deadly illness which could affect on humans, because all the factors indicate that it will be worst, and the facts will become more negative that never had been.

We live in a stressed society, and this way to live forces ourselves to get more that we need. To explain easily, we could be happy with an apple, but we want a fruit salad just to be like the others. We don't know how to avoid all these problems caused by the capitalism, and that frustrates us.

Tricks to change our way to live? Nobody knows it. Just yourself can find out an answer to get you happiness, and that is life. Learn how to be happy with minimum problems.

Could anyone tell you how to do it? Don't listen him, he will tell you just things which can't help you or which can help himself. It's Life's laws.

I know that humanity had reached really high thanks to the comunication and the interaction, and I have to admit that no all the advices which arrive outwardly are useless, but I want to reassert that all the good steps we make on life to get happiness are arrived inwardly.

The stage of "Revolutions"...

Few months ago, Egypt started a revolution which attracted the attention of all the medias of the world. If we remember, we have fallen in a crisis which started two years ago and that was the USA's fault. We know that USA has the power to change the world, but we don't hope that they will do it.

It's said that USA controls all the political movements and I think that we could think a bit more about it. USA has a huge military bases arround the world. Why they couldn't be controlling these revolutions to get the power of these countries or just trying to appear in the mind of the next politicians of these countries?

I just reflected about situations which can appear random facts and they could be just the opposite. We know that the american dream is start in a bellboy job and finish being a businessman (NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!), and I ask now: isn't it the same slogan which the revolutionaries are using?

Just a few minutes ago I saw the tv transmission of the Libian leader Gadafi announcing that he won't leave his power and his position. And that all the revolutionaries will be shot if they go on the streets because they were paid for starting this revolution. They got money from other countries to start this revolution and do a change on the politics of the country.

It made me think that I wasn't really wrong. Other governors wanted these revolutions and it didn't arouse suspicion at the moment, but when we could observe that lots of revolutions started to grow up like mushrooms, it smelled really bad...

What's about mistakes?

I used a lot the connections like "aaaa, aaaaaand..." and I think that makes a bored speech. It's one of my worst mistakes. In other hand, the visual part was very well-made because I saw all the faces watching attentive the screen and also mine. But I used some words that I didn't think so much, like "The flying camera", I don't understand why I used this word because in catalan is like in english "The bird's eye view...

Also the sound was so much loud!! I didn't take care of it... 

There are som mistakes which can decrease the mark...

History repeats itself...

A bomb exploded  in front of an Egyptian Church on the first day of the New Year, killing 21 people and wounding about 80. On the city of Alexandria.

It seems to indicate that Al Qaeda are involved in this attack, and it had become in the wake of repeated threats by Iraqi's militants from the terrorist band.

Again, religion can make open fire between  people and we don't think that can be one of the most terrible military confrontation. Religion always brought conflicts and we always ignored what could happen if it was brought to the extremly point like the fanaticism.  For example? In the same place, Alexandria, where in 4th century had been a confrontation between the Christians and the rest of the religions (greek religion, pagans, etc.). It had been one of the most terrible bleeding blood of times...

What could do the governments about this problem? NOTHING... (I think)
They don't have enough tools to solve it with pacific means and the rest of the population only think about how they had been offended by the other half. There are no reasons to bring an ideology to a fact... and there's The Proof. We are only humans, and we don have the necessary inteligence to discriminate against a belief because WE ARE JUST AN ANIMAL OF HABITS...

If the population don't change their mind, I think there would'nt be more times of peace and the evolution of humanity will become extinct...

5. Which human right were you not familiar with? I think there aren’t any human rights that I’m not familiar with it, because all defend moral rights that I think they are necessary in the life to be in peace and in love. They aren’t a joke, for this I think that all of them are important.

The right of NO SLAVERY I think it’s one of the most important from the list, because nowadays we have big troubles with children who are slaves of industries from the first world who went to the third world to profit of their poor situation. Nowadays there are people forced to labour and prostitution, and they are slaves from the capitalism system. There are children depending from the industries and also the procuress is the owners of the rights of the people who sell their body for sex, taking a only view point of the first world...

I think that in the past the slavery was really normal, usually there were slaves for the fieldworks, and they lived in the worst conditions that we can think. There was a big progress when slavery becomes prohibited, but nowadays we have examples of slavery, and that’s for what we have to fight really hard.

There were slaves in Sudan, in Togo (child slaves), in Burma (slaves of procuress), in Saudi Arabia...

It’s a sad situation that there are so many countries with these troubles...

7. Are Humans rights relevant in the world today?  why?

Of course! Human rights are essential in the life of a person to be happy, there is so much inequality in the world, we can’t control our wishes and if we can have more that what we need, we take it, without the consent of the people who need it to live. For this, we need a regulation which has to moderate this instinct.
